In-house Programs

TS Technical College is pleased to offer training programs suited to the needs of your workers.

For organizations and businesses with a minimum course enrolment of eight persons, you may request training to be conducted in-house at your place of business or another convenient location in your area. In such cases, you may request we tailor the training to more specifically focus on your field. We have enjoyed conducting custom training programs for Ontario First Nations and Environment Canada, among others.

A Hybrid Future in Learning

Say the word "Hybrid" and what may come to mind first is an environmentally friendly, fuel-efficient car. However, as the demand for a certified, achieved recognized level of skills and knowledge increases, TS Technical College is discovering the many benefits of hybrid learning, including flexible scheduling and increased understanding by organizations and individuals about the activity in which they are involved.

Several trends are coming together that create a need for on-the-job recognition and understanding, in regards to supporting current and growing green initiatives that tackle climate change. Nationally, the federal government has made these issues a priority, especially in the Oil & Gas Industry, considered strategic for economic and security growth. Concern for the environment is one of the core values of TS Technical College, and was from the moment we opened our doors 12 years ago. Our Hybrid courses are designed to help improve the global competitiveness of business and industry through ensuring that their many workers are prepared.
